License scope

When you purchase ML Variable, you receive the right to use the software according to the selected plan. The license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights.

• 1 license equals 1 workstation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The software may be activated online or offline depending on the workflow.
• License transfer may be available according to the purchased plan and support terms.

Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, unauthorized copying or redistribution.
• No reverse engineering, decompilation or source extraction except where mandatory law allows it.
• No use beyond the purchased workstation count or plan scope.

Subscriptions, perpetual licenses and termination

• Subscription licenses remain valid while the paid period is active.
• Perpetual licenses remain valid for the licensed workstation, with updates and support according to the purchased term.
• The license may be terminated if the agreement is violated or the software is used unlawfully.
